Voting Terms and Conditions for entry into the 2010 ITM Fishing Media Awards...

• You may enter the competition only once.
• All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the time of the draw.
• All entries must be complete and valid. A selection of the favourite Video must be made and the Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted.
• Entries close at 12:00pm on Friday the 13th of August 2010.
• The draw will be made as soon as voting closes, and the winner will be notified by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not replied to a message within two working days then there will be a re-draw. All reasonable steps will be taken to locate the winner.
• The draw will made by an independent person and the decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Tightlines Television LTD reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
• The winning prize is for two complimentary tickets to The 2010 ITM Fishing Media Awards to be held in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand on August the 28th, 2010.
• All travel and accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner/s will be required to dress in Black Tie attire, ladies in suitable evening wear.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize package is not transferable or exchangeable.
• The winner acknowledges that Tightlines Television accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize, and the winners accepts the prize at his or her own risk.
• By ticking the box on the ‘Vote’ page of this website and submitting this entry you accept these terms and conditions.

1. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made in full prior to the release of any goods. Any payments not honoured (including but not limited to dishonoured cheques or reversed credit card transactions) may be charged interest at a rate of 18%p.a. All costs incurred by the supplier in collection of overdue amounts, including but not limited to all legal costs, court fees and commission or fees payable to a debt collection agency, shall be paid by the debtor. All prices quoted are in New Zealand currency unless otherwise stated.

2. RISK
All goods supplied by TLTV will be at the customer's risk immediately on delivery.

3. OWNERSHIP
3.1 Legal ownership of any goods supplied by TLTV to the customer will remain the property of TLTV until payment is made in full for the goods, and any other amounts owing by the customer to TLTV.
3.2
TLTV reserves the right to enter the customer's premises during normal working hours with reasonable notice and repossess any goods for which the right of sale has been revoked upon the occurrence of any of the events described in section 3.

4. RETURNS

a) Specially procured parts are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE
b) Returns will only be accepted at the discretion of TLTV but in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993.
c) Returns must be in new condition with packing intact and accompanied by the invoice.
d) TLTV charges a 20% restocking fee on returned goods.
e) Returns must be no older than 14 days past the date of invoicing.
f) DVD's will be inspected before supply and are non-returnable & non-refundable other than in the event or being incorrectly supplied. The customer is required to advise TLTV of any issues arising from the supply of DVD's on the day of delivery.

5. CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993 EXCLUDED
No condition, warranty or promise, expressed or implied, other than those provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to this agreement.

Except as provided in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, TLTV shall not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the customer as a result of any breach of any of TLTV's obligation under this agreement including any cancellation of this agreement or any negligence on the part of TLTV, its servants, agents of contractors nor shall TLTV be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to the customer's servants, agents, contractors, customers, visitors, tenants, trespassers or other such persons. The customer will identify TLTV against any claim by any such persons.

6. WARRANTY
TLTV products (excluding DVD's) carry the manufactures warranty. DVD's are supplied in accordance with clause 4f of this document.

7. LIABILITY
Notwithstanding anything else in this agreement, the liability of TLTV arising from breach of any TLTV's obligations under this agreement, from any cancellation on this agreement or from any negligence on TLTV's parts, its servant, agents or contractors (but not for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) will be limited to damages which will not exceed the contract price.

8. Alteration
TLTV reserves the right to alter this agreement without giving notice at its sole discretion.
