1. During registration you submit your full name and email address. We internally store your email address and name to ensure the integrity and safety of The ITM Fishing Show website and its members. It also enables us to create a more tailored website for you by being able to customise our communications with you.

2. Your email address and name will NEVER be publicly displayed on The ITM Fishing Show website nor will they be shared with a third party without your prior consent.

3. Your name is used by The ITM Fishing Show administration team to communicate with you through emails during and after the registration process as set out in the terms of use agreement. External parties will NEVER have access to, or be able to see, your actual name.

4. The ITM Fishing Show will not spam your email address and has taken all possible steps in an attempt to ensure that third parties, computer programs, scripts and the like are unable to spam your email address as well.

5. From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes we will post them on this website. A user is bound by any minor changes to the policy when they use The ITM Fishing Show website after those changes have been posted.
